Nothing new here folks but it bares repeating if these haven’t crossed your mind lately and you’re firing up the grill now that spring is in the air. I made them last night in the oven on a baking sheet with a wire rack but I love them on the grill as well.
Ingredients:
12 jalapenos halved and scooped clean of seeds
1 8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
12 slices center cut bacon
Instructions:
Prepare the peppers using latex gloves to protect your hands from the hot juice! Blend the cheese and spread inside the hollow peppers. Wrap each pepper with 1/2 slice of bacon and place on a baking sheet on top of wire rack.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until brown and bubbly.
