My brother Rick created this casserole over the weekend (he came up with it on his own) and sent the recipe my way. He took this photo himself and I don’t think that’s fair at all. My food pictures look like amateur hour and his look like he does it for a living. Oh well. He says it is absolutely delicious and a great way to use up your left over holiday stuffing. I have to take his word for it and so do you since everything he makes is outrageously good. My stuffing has already left the building but it shall return in time for Christmas Day. This will definitely be on the menu.
Ingredients:
leftover stuffing
10 eggs (you can use Egg Beaters)
1 cup whole milk or cream (approximately)
Instructions:
Spray a skillet (with oven safe handles) generously with Pam. Put stuffing in the skillet.
Beat eggs and milk and pour over the stuffing.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Servings: 8
